"Swissôtel Hotel & Residences Gudauri" is the first multi-functional residential complex in Gudauri, combining a premium Swissôtel hotel with branded residences.

The project is being developed through a partnership between Petra Group and the international hotel operator Accor. It represents a new mountain development project with a unique concept—Petra Ski Resort—which will significantly improve Gudauri's infrastructure and establish a new architectural standard in the region.

The project's architecture is based on the harmony between modern design and the natural mountain environment. Each residence is designed with energy efficiency, functionality, and aesthetic precision in mind. The complex is tailored for both the winter and summer seasons and incorporates a fully developed infrastructure.

CQM is involved in the processes of budgeting, construction schedule planning, and the supervision of earthworks.
