A personalized co-living and co-working space in one of Tbilisi's most prestigious neighborhoods. The project features a 7-story building.

The building houses 70 hotel-style residential apartments, while the top floor accommodates a café, a restaurant, and a lounge.

CQM is involved in the project management during both the pre-construction and construction phases, right through to completion.
