"Metropol Kavtaradze" is a new residential development currently under construction in the city center, distinguished by its 1-hectare recreational zone. The new complex will unite two multi-story buildings.

The project features not only modern residential spaces but also a diverse infrastructure, including a 1-hectare recreational area, a 5-level parking facility, a private kindergarten, sports courts, walking paths, relaxation pavilions, and a miniature fountain.

CQM is involved in the project, providing full management of the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
