Petra Group | Swissôtel Hotel & Residences Gudauri
Swissôtel Hotel & Residences Gudauri is the first multifunctional residential complex in Gudauri, combining a premium Swissôtel hotel and branded residences under one concept.
Developed in partnership between Petra Group and the international hotel operator Accor, the project represents a new, distinctive mountain development Petra Ski Resort – which will significantly enhance Gudauri’s infrastructure and establish a new architectural standard in the region.
The project’s architecture is based on the harmony of modern design and the natural mountain environment.
Each residence is designed with a focus on energy efficiency, functionality, and aesthetic precision, offering comfort throughout all four seasons within a fully integrated infrastructure.
CQM is involved in budgeting, construction scheduling, and the supervision of soil works.
